3 Ingredient Crunch Bar Recipe

If you’re reading this, I’m sure we can all agree that Crunch bars are one of the best, most underrated chocolate bars out there. Well, I decided I wanted to make my own homemade Crunch bar simply because I have never made something like this before. This recipe can easily be made Gluten Free as long as you buy gluten free chocolate chips, and can be made Vegan with vegan chocolate chips! This is the perfect thing to have in the house when you want a little something sweet, and its great for packaging up all cute and giving it to a friend, teacher or neighbor.

(Side note: If you want to make this Halloween-appropriate, get some candy eyes and put them on the chocolate)

What you’ll need:

  • Parchment paper
  • Cake pan
  • Milk chocolate chips 1 1/2
  • Cocoa Rice Krispies cereal 3/4
  • Coconut oil 2 tsp

Steps:

  • Line cake pan with parchment paper, set aside
  • Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil
  • While the chocolate is still hot, stir as you pour in the Rice Krispies
  • Spread evenly in cake pan and place into freezer (if you’re adding candy eyes, do so now)
  • After 15 minutes, cut into bars at your desired size
  • Return to fridge for one hour
  • Enjoy!
